Job description
A Local Authority is looking for Senior Social Workers for their Support & safeguarding team in Northamptonshire. This position is a full-time and permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Senior Social Worker:
- Managing a complex & diverse caseload
- Undertaking Assessments
- Direct work with Children & Young People
- Collaboration with multiple teams
- Reporting to the Team Manager
Requirements for you as the Senior Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Significant Safeguarding experience
- An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary Scale: £41,103 - £43,051 + benefits
