Job description

A Local Authority is looking for a Senior Social Worker (Decision Maker) for their MASH team in Northamptonshire. This position is a full-time and permanent.

The ideal Social Workers will have significant MASH/Safeguarding (front door) experience. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Senior Social Worker:

  • Case work decisions
  • Supervision for referrals
  • Collaboration with multiple teams
  • Reporting to the Team Manager

Requirements for you as the Senior Social Worker:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Significant front door service experience
  • An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Salary Scale: £41,103 + £43,051 benefits
