Senior Support Worker

Oversee a team of staff within a specialist supported living community that supports adults with learning disabilities, be a key part of promoting their independence and providing them with fun and engagement through activities. Salary of £11.80 - £12.50 ph, Newbury

Requirements:

• Experience with Leading teams within Adult social care
• Auditing and Risk Assessment experience.
• Committed to permanent full-time hours
• A positive person-focused mindset with passion for helping others
