Senior Support Worker

Work for a local person centred and dedicated Homeless Charity provider. You will be based in Banbury, overseeing staff and ensuring the support and rehabilitation of Vulnerable adults. Salary of £28,100 - £29,200 (DOE)

Requirements

• A successful track record and experience of leading staff within services that support vulnerable adults
• Experience with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness, Addiction, Complex needs or Dementia
• Strong Leadership skills with the passion and ability to build and lead high performing staff teams
• Person centred approach, calm and resilient
