About the team

The team provides assessment and care management services to children and young people under Section 17. The team has specific knowledge of the needs of children with disabilities.

About you

The ideal candidate will have good experience in Children's Social Work. A degree in Social Work(Degree/DipSW/CQSW). Ideally with post-qualifying experience in children with disabilities. You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
