Support Worker

Pulborough Location - Driver Essential due to rural location.

Residential Support Worker required to support our client in Pulborough within a 5 Bed Children's Residential Home. Working with young females who have EBD ages from 10yrs - 17yrs.

About the role:

As a residential support worker you will be supporting young people within the home and out in the community, taking the young people out to the park, bowling, and everyday activities. You are required to support emotionally and get involed in day to day tasks within the home.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with young people with mental health, EBD and sometimes challenging behaviours.

Pay starts from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Residential Support Worker:

• Experience in Support Work working with Children / Young people.
• Confident in working independently and being proactive.
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills.
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
• Be able to travel to Pulborough in their own vehicle.

Shift Times for you as a Residential Support Worker:

• 8am - 11 pm (Days)
• 20:00-08:00 (Nights)
