Support Worker

Support Workers required to support in an Adults Supported Living Service in Cheshunt.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

About the role:

As a support worker you will be helping adults live independently by providing practical and emotional support. This includes assisting with daily tasks, personal care, skills development, and community integration while promoting dignity, confidence, and well-being.

About you:

A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.

Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.

Requirements for you as a Support Worker:

• Experience in Support Work
• Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS
• Be able to travel to Cheshunt
• Happy doing personal care

Shift Times:

• Monday - Sunday
• Waking Nights
• Day Shifts
