Job description
A Local Authority is looking for a Team Manager for their Duty & Assessment service in Northamptonshire. This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.
The ideal Manager will have Significant Duty & Assessment/Safeguarding/First Response experience ideally within the statutory sector. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Team Manager:
- Staff Management
- Staff Training
- Service Development
- Working with the Signs of Safety approach
- Reporting to the Head of Service
Requirements for you as the Team Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Senior or Management experience
- Significant experience within Duty & Assessment/Safeguarding/First Response
- An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Salary Scale: £51,507 - £56,355 + benefits
