Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Project team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team work in partnership with the children and their families to understand the support that they need to live safely and happily. The team will be dealing with a backlog of CIN/CP cases. The team are fast paced and hardworking, with a strong management set up. The maximum caseload per individual is 15 children.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. The ability to complete court work and protect the children is essential in this role. Extensive assessment work, long term work and CP experience is part of the role. A valid clean driving license and car is important.
