Supervising Social Worker

An "Outstanding" Ofsted rated therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to be a Supervising Social Worker for their Fostering Team based in the East Midlands. This is a permanent, full-time position that can be hybrid working.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

• Supervision and Management of carers
• Recruiting & Assessing prospective new carers
• Contribution to Foster Carer & Social Worker training

Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A Social Work England registration
• Experience of working in a Children & Families team
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary Scale: £34,000 - £39,500 + benefits (dependent on experience)
